1:1 meetings
Share your availability without giving up control. A meeting in TimeSlotX respects every calendar it reads, and you set the rules around it:
- Hosts. Who can be booked.
- Buffers. Time kept free before and after each meeting.
- Time zones. Each participant sees times in their own zone.
- Meeting rules. Duration, location (for example a video room) and what the guest fills in.
| Example | Value |
|---|---|
| Request | 30-minute conversation |
| Service | Strategy call, 30 minutes |
| Host | Product specialist |
| Room | Video room |
| Registration | Contact details |
| Outcome | Meeting confirmed |
Team routing
When a request is for a team, not a person, routing decides who takes it. TimeSlotX looks at availability, ownership and qualification together, so each request goes to the best available owner.
- The request arrives with the details you ask for, such as region and account.
- Qualification checks it against your form and rules.
- Ownership sends existing accounts to their owner first.
- Availability picks a free person from the matching team.
- Outcome: the best owner is assigned and the meeting is confirmed.
Tip
Keep routing rules simple enough to explain. Your operators should always be able to say why a request went to a particular person.
